At the recent Weekend Food Festival, HoReCa PRO – an information platform intended for professionals in the hospitality, hotel and catering industry – was presented for the first time.
This platform is not just another source of news, but promises to provide deeper insight into the industry through exclusive analysis, research and concrete numerical indicators. This was emphasized by the editor of the HoReCa PRO platform, Paulina Mlinarić, who also announced the organization of smaller conferences, workshops, and the production of exclusive video content and webinars. All these resources will be available exclusively to HoReCa PRO club members via the website www.horecapro.hr.
In addition to the presentation at a festive dinner where chef Teo Ivanišević cooked his signature Istrian dishes, the platform was also presented at a thematic stand where Weekend Food Festival visitors could taste the best Istrian products such as the Tartufi Istra line, Vino Veritas sparkling wines, the best gin in the world Aldo 52 and Istriana , olive oil that won several awards at this year’s Communication Days. However, the biggest attraction of the stand was Illusion Sloe Gin made of blackthorn, which delighted everyone who had the chance to taste it.
